Meet The RINTA Team

Matthew Ridler

Founder & CEO

Owner and CEO,  Matthew Ridler, brings over 30 years of experience in the industry. An Enrolled Agent, licensed directly with the IRS, brings a type of credibility and stature of professional experience that you won't find anywhere else. 

Darren joined our firm in 2023 as Director of Tax & Finance after spending more than 20 years at Eaton
Corporation in various finance roles. He specializes in personal (including FBAR), business, and non-
profit tax, as well as small business accounting and consulting services. Darren grew up and currently
resides in Brook Park.


Darren is a 1995 graduate of Berea High School. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in European History
from Cleveland State University in 2003 and an MBA in Accounting from Baldwin-Wallace College in
2008.

Kelly Lewis

Payroll Manager

Kelley Lewis is our payroll manager at Ridler Investment
and Tax Advisory with several years of experience
helping small businesses in our area and specializing in
payroll, payroll taxes, unemployment, and workers’
compensation. Kelley uses that experience to process
payrolls and keep clients compliant with all state and
local taxing agencies, the IRS, and the Bureau of Workers
Compensation.

Tracey Schock is a payroll specialist working with many companies doing their payroll.
Tracey’s spare time is spent doing crafts, spending time with her family, and grandchildren, and
walking her dog Sasha.
When not in the office she enjoys cruising the Caribbean Sea.

Vanessa Romano

Bookkeeping & Payroll

Venessa Romano is a mother of two daughters and two sons and has worked for Ridler Investment &
Tax Advisory since June 2021. Venessa handles bookkeeping duties for several clients, prepares personal
taxes, and has other administrative duties in the office. She enjoys doing projects around the house and
outside in her spare time. Venessa is continuing her education in Bookkeeping and Payroll and
corporate advanced technology to better serve our client's needs.

Claudia joined the RINTA team in 2023 as Administrative Assistant for the office. She provides support
to all our team members as well as managing the front desk and answering incoming calls. When she’s
not in the office, Claudia likes to spend her time visiting with friends, curling up with a good book, and
watching classic movies.
